Stop in to get my tire pressure checked, The gentleman was very nice and filled all 4 of my tires that were about 5 to 7 pounds low.
The one thing I like about Discount Tire is that they're all over the country. Anytime I have a problem with my tires, I always have them replace or repair them. I love their tire warranties.
Back again to get my flat tire replaced. Always helpful, insurance covered the new tire for only $28 😃
My wife had a screw in her tire, simple fix, expected to pay 20 bucks or so. Get there, guy looks at it, says simple fix no charge but they're busy and it'll be 2 1/2 hours. Saturday morning, I get it, no big deal and I'm happy there's no charge. We go to have breakfast and about 30 minutes after dropping it off my wife gets a call from them. Another guy says the lug nuts can't be reused and they only come in a kit for all 4 tires which costs $65. This is a complete lie. I know because I've taken them off replaced her brakes and used the exact same lug nuts, without any special tools. This place is why people don't trust mechanics. Last time I got tires for my truck, I went through them and it was $1000 for 4. We will go somewhere else next time these people are liars and scammers. I plugged the tire myself in 20 minutes.
Very happy with the service I received for a nail in my tire and tire rotation. The wait time was reasonable and you can't beat the price. They even speed balanced the repaired wheel and no scratches! I will definitely buy my next set of tires from them.
Got there right after work, I just wanted to fill my tires. They go low air due to temperature change. While I waited, three employees acknowledge me ( I ll be right with you Sr. ) this happen in the first 8 mints. After that nobody asking or came by to fall my tires. Wasted 17 mints. Left. Too bad I bought my tires there last nov. 2022. I will never go back. I m waiting for them to call me for rotation, ahhh we'll see how that goes.
They are the absolute best I came in with a nail in my tire and they took me right in. Gave me the best price ever the dealer was going to charge me a lot more. And my husband always goes there so I'm glad I did. You can't go wrong they are very professional, polite and know what their doing. And I am physically disabled so they made sure to be careful with my car and parked in a disabled spot so to make easier for me . Great tire place I recommend it to all.
Not impressed at all! Went in to buy 4 tires and rims. Went home and realized they installed the wrong tires. No apology at all. Had to bring the car back, they installed the correct tires, but they looked like garbage. My brand new tires and rims looked filthy with white stuff and grease all over them. When you buy something new, it should look new. I was truly just a number the first time and an inconvenience the second time. Won't make the same mistake twice. Lost my business.
Update: After calling corporate to complain, the store manager called me and offered to reimburse me the installation fee. I have since changed my rating from one star to three stars.
Great service. I found that all discount tire employees to be friendly, professional and easy to talk to.They always repair, installed my tires in a timely manner.They kept me informed every step. Discount tire is the only place I purchased my tires. They will beat any competitors price. Great Job Discount tire staff!!
When we arrived there it was 5:42 p.m. the employee comes running out of the store and says we're getting ready to close and to come back tomorrow. I thought this was a little rude because they still had little over 15 minutes to stay open. We told him all we needed was to ask a couple questions. He didn't want to help and turned us away even though the store was not supposed to close till 6. I have bought tires from them in the past and always received good service. We just didn't receive good service this time.
